5. Cemita : This sandwich is made using a round white bread called cemita . They are filled with meat, cheese, chipotle chili, herbs, and some stews.

7. Torta compuesta: This sandwich is popular in Juchitán, Oaxaca . The bolillos are filled with a meat stew, diced onions, and chili.
8. Torta de santuario : This dish is sold in Jalisco. Street vendors fill the bolillos with beans, meat, lettuce, radishes, onion, and it’s submerged into a sweet sauce.
