Missing people, an unpaid debt
The wave of violence unleashed during the previous administration brought with it more homicides, kidnappings, and missing people
The incident happened in Nuevo León in 2013.
Ariel Dulitzky, chairperson of the UN's Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances, said that it is necessary that Mexico's government acknowledges the dimension of the problem of enforced disappearances.
