takes place at the end of London Cocktail Week in the Old Truman Brewery on London’s Brick Lane from October 7 to 8 .

It is a unique celebration of Mexico’s signature drinks: Tequila and Mezcal .

Tequila

is a distilled alcoholic beverage made from blue agave plant produced in Tequila , a town and municipality located in Guadalajara , and its surroundings while mezcal is a distilled alcoholic beverage made from any type of agave plant native to Mexico.

The objective of the Tequila & Mezcal Fest UK is to educate people on how to consume these two traditional drinks .

In this edition, guests will be able to enjoy over 50 of Mexico’s best agave spirits along with several glimpses of the true essence of Mexican culture through its cuisine, music, dance, art, and traditions.

Some of London’s finest taco restaurants such as Temper , Café Pacifico , and Barrio will be serving up a decadent selection of tacos .

Multiple seminars, tequila, mezcal and artisan agave spirit tastings, traditional dances, mariachis, and Aztec ceremonies, are some of the features of this year's edition.
