Mexicans won’t need a visa to visit the UAE

The United Arab Emirates has approved a “five-year multi-entry tourist visas for all nationalities and visa waiver for Mexican citizens traveling to the UAE .” Both measures will be implemented in early 2020 .

The measure aims at “enhancing the UAE’s position internationally and strengthening its foreign relationships by announcing visa waiver for Mexican citizens traveling to the UAE.”

During a meeting between the UAE cabinet, the government officials approved a resolution to exempt Mexican citizens from visa requirements to enter the country. The decision aims to improve the existing bilateral relations and to collaborate in tourism , economy , and investment .

According to the U AE government , the visa waiver will facilitate the tourist’s entry, exit, and passage through the country.
