Iconic Mexican-American singer Selena Quintanilla will receive her very own start on the Hollywood's Walk of Fame, posthumously.

According to “eonline.com”, the Walk of Fame Selection Committee will honor the Texas-born singer in 2017.

Selena was shot and killed by Yolanda Saldivar, the founder of her fan club on March 31, 1995. She was only 23.
