Emma Coronel, the sentimental partner of Joaquín Guzmán Loera, asked the federal authorities to present videos of her husband so people can see how he truly is.
In a radio interview with commentator Ciro Gómez Leyva, Coronel reiterated that the health of Guzmán Loera is deteriorating due to the conditions he has endured during the last few months in the federal prison of "El Altiplano".
Regarding the supposed media campaign launched by her family in order to improve the prison conditions of "El Chapo," she said that "I am no interested in any campaign."
"It's true that he is sick, it is true that his health is being affected. (If the authorities) show the videos where he supposedly looks well, I will offer an apology."
She added that Guzmán is unable to go to bed early because "everybody is watching television" at 11:00 p.m.
