Prayer for killed tourists in the Metro Cathedral

This Sunday service in the Metropolitan Cathedral was centered on the Mexicans who died in an attack in the Egyptian desert on September 13, as well as the victims of a massive earthquake 30 years ago.

Cardinal Norberto Rivera asked the parishioners to pray for the eight Mexicans who died last Sunday, after the attack against a tourists convoy.

Also, he asked for prayers in memory of "those who died in the earthquakes of September 19 and 20, 1985."

Rivera also mentioned those who survived the massive earthquake 30 years ago, so they are able to "rebuild their spirits".
