Neighbors block Mexico City's Circuito Interior

Inhabitants of neighborhoods of the crossing between main Insurgentes avenue and southern Circuito Interior Río Mixcoac blocked one of the sides of the important loop around the central area of the city, in protest against the reactivation of the construction of a double vehicular tunnel in that intersection.

To close the roads, the settlers took some of the barriers used by the construction workers in the median of Río Mixcoac, causing vehicular chaos.
