Duarte qualifies as "aberrant" the murder of Espinosa

In a brief statement, the governor of Veracruz, Javier Duarte de Ochoa, regretted the death of five people in Mexico City, among them photojournalist Rubén Espinosa.

The state executive described as "aberrant" the incidents reported on Friday night in the neighborhood of Narvarte and said that he is confident that the authorities of Mexico City will shed some light on the case as soon as possible.
