Mexican students create rescue robots

Students

from the Technological University of Nezahualcóyotl , created robot prototypes that can be used during rescue missions , as they can move around obstacles and help victims trapped in debris .

This was announced during the National Science and Technology Week , held in Mexico City.

During the event, the students presented the robots and explained how they work, said the UTN's Dean, Ivette Topete García.

The Dean explained that thanks to the event organized by the National Science and Technology Council ( CONACYT ), the institution can show the talent and innovative minds of the students.
